Manuscript Exchange Common Approach (meca.zip)

Manuscript Exchange Common Approach (MECA) is a NISO standard for manuscript exchange between venues. Curvenote provides tools for creating the required files as well as hosting DTD files for the XML. The 1.0 DTDs are sourced from the 2020 standard.
